Breakfast: Muesli
– Cacao and Coconut Granola
– Fresh strawberries
– Almond mylk
– Vanilla Bean COYO (*)

LUNCH: Lentil Mince Tacos
– 3 x hard taco shells
– 1/2 bunch spring onion
– 1 tin of lentils
– 1/2 tin of corn
– Garlic (to taste)
– Bolognese herbs (to taste)
– Salt + Pepper (to taste)
(Served with fresh tomato, avocado, vegan cheeze and lime)

DINNER: Creamy Garlic Avocado Pasta (warning: very garlic-y)
– 1/2 packet San Remo GF Pulse Pasta
– 1 avocado
– 1/4 cup frozen peas
– 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
– 1 garlic clove
– Salt + Pepper (to taste)
– Basil + Parsley (to taste)
– 1/8 cup olive oil
– 1/4 cup almond mylk
– 1/2 lemon (juice)
(Served with flax and sesame seeds)
