I have been eating a ketogenic diet for almost 3 years and this recipe, I feel, is the BEST keto bread recipe that I have come across! There are minimal ingredients, it tastes great, it can grill, toast, crisp… you can fry them up to make crunchy chips for dips, make hotdog buns, or just make a yummy sandwich like I did!
These buns freeze well so make a batch and pop them in the freezer to use throughout the weeks! I hope you love these buns as much as I do!
