  1. Hello mam I have a good news, i m a hypothyroid patient and dealing with few gynecological problems for 7/8 years! My weight keep on fluctuating really badly, after trying few recipes,tips,tricks, specially smoothies i HV lost 8 kg in,
    I trust u blindly and follow u religiously,
    I really appreciate your effort mam and wanna Thanku you frm the deepest core of my heart
    Btw mam can i include jaggery instead of sugar? Though i m not taking sugar for last 6/7 months may be!
    As it is summer and my grandmother gifted me some homemade pickles! And it is really hard to resist my craving for yummiest pickles made by my grandmother! So can i include jaggery?
