Taste Great for Baking & Frying, June 22, 2016

This is the best Gluten Free flour that I have tried! I have tried others in the past and the food just came out gross! I tried this one and everything tastes like it should. I know that sounds weird, but if you have tried gluten flour you know what I’m talking about, there always seems to be an off taste to it. This does not have that. It’s perfect for baking and frying. My chicken tenders turn out perfect everytime with this.

Delicious Gluten Free Cornbread, April 11, 2018

Very easy to make, and comes out moist and delicious. Slightly less sweet than Jiffy’s (not gluten free) cornbread mix. After cooking, the cornbread can easily be stored in the fridge and reheated when desired. Personally I cut open my piece of cornbread butterfly-style, add a pat of butter, and heat it up in the microwave for about a minute. Then, if I want a slightly sweeter flavor, I’ll open it back up and add just a touch of honey and then close it again like a sandwich. Delicious either way.

The top of the cornbread got very dark, and looks burned, although it isn’t. I used a ceramic baking dish, and so I used the increased baking time for a “glass” dish instead of metal. Not sure if that was correct, but I definitely advise erring on the lower side of the suggested time, and then checking on it. The top would have definitely started burning soon if I didn’t check on it, and it still had 7 minutes left.
