This oatmeal is incredibly easy to make, and tastes almost like the real thing! If you want to make this as overnight oats – just mix everything in a jar, stir together, refrigerate, and microwave for 2 minutes right before you are going to eat it. I also like to add a pinch of salt, but I didn’t include that in the original recipe, in case people don’t like the mild salty flavor.
