Snickerdoobie Cookies

Dry Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup Flour
1 tsp Cream of Tarter
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tbl Ground Cinnamon

1/2 cup (1 stick) Cannabutter (softened)
3/4 cup Sugar
1 large (or 2 small) Eggs (at room temperature)

Sugar Topping:
2 tbl Sugar
2 tsp Ground Cinnamon

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients and set aside. In a large bowl (with a wooden spoon or electric mixer) cream the butter and sugar until very smooth. Beat the egg separately in a small bowl and add to the butter and sugar. Mix thoroughly until well combined. Stir in about half of the flour mixture, then the other half. Do not overmix!!! Combine the remaining “topping” sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Roll dough into 1 1/2 inch balls and roll through the cinnamon sugar. Place on cookie sheets prepared with wax paper. Leave at least 3″ between balls of dough. Bake one sheet at a time in the center of the oven for 8-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. While still warm, remove the cookies with a spatula to a cooling rack. Each cookie is one dose. Enjoy!
