  2. Can you help me? We I cook wontons or homemade egg rolls I notice that they are soak in oil… I have a deep fryer and I turn it on 350 or sometimes 375. And it still comes out super greasy. What I'm I doing wrong?

  3. Being from Buffalo I'd pass on the Ranch dressing/cheese and use a reduction of Frank's Hot Sauce and butter to coat the chicken for that traditional flavor.
