How To Cook Spicy mutton keema ~ Easy Cooking (মসলাদার মাটন কিমা কারী আলু দিয়ে  ( Eng. subtitles)

Ingredients:~

Mutton Mince ( Keema )~500 gm
Potato: 2 medium size cut into cubes
Medium size tomato fine chopped: 2 nos
Green chilies fine chopped: 2 nos
Coriander Leaves:1bunch chopped
Cashewnuts: 2-4nos +Sesame seeds: paste
Oil: 4-6 Tbsp
Salt to Taste
Dry Red Chilly: 2 nos
Bay Leaf:2 nos
BlackPepper: 8-10
Green Cardamom: 4 nos
Cloves: 2 nos
Cinnamon: 1″ stick
Turmeric powder: 1/2 Tsp
Red chili powder: 1 Tsp
cumin powder: 1 Tsp
Coriander powder: 1 Tsp
Garam masala powder: 1/4Tsp
black pepper powder: 1 Tbsp
ginger garlic : (1″ stick ginger + 4-6 garlic pods

) Paste
Medium size fried onion: 2 nos paste
Medium size onion: 1 no fried
Yogurt: 2Tbsp whisked
Water: as required

Method:~
Marinade the Keema With the paste of Yogurt

& turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder,

coriander powder, black pepper powder &

the little amount of oil.Mix it well & Keep it

marinated for 15-20 minutes.
In a pan heat 4 Tbsp oil and fry the potatoes &

take them out. In the same oil in the pan add

black pepper pods, bay leaves,

cloves,cinnamon, cardamom,saute & add

ginger garlic paste, stir well.
Add fried onion paste, stir. Add red chili

powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin

powder and black pepper powder, stir to mix

all. Add tomato, stir & add salt & stir until the oil

comes out from spices.Now add cashew nuts +

sesame seeds paste & Stir to mix everything.
Add marinated keema in it.Mix it well with the

spices.Stir the keema. Close the lid for a

while.Open the lid & add 1/2 Tsp sugar which

is optional.Stir & spread fried onions,mix & add

few coriander leaves. Mix & add potatoes, stir

to mix, add chopped green chilies. Now close

the lid for 25 minutes.Between the time stir the

Keema time to time by opening the lid so that it

does not stick at the bottom.After 25 minutes

open the lid & stir.Oil starts to separate from the

spices. If you like dry keema then don`t add

water.Check the softness of keema & potato if

keema & potato is not soft yet, add water, and

pressure cook then dry it. It is ok for us to add 1

cup water to make the gravy. Keep the flame

high. Stir to mix . Close the lid for 10 more

minutes & cook on low flame.Now open it. Now

spread garam masala powder & add 1 Tbsp

clarified butter.Stir it & then switch off the flame.

Take it out in a container.
Garnish with coriander leaves & dry red chili.
You can serve it with naan, roti, chapati or rice.
