In this video I have showed how I cook Siru keerai Poriyal without oil. Siru keerai poriyal is a healthy dish from Tamil cuisine. ‘keerai’ is nothing but spinach in Tamil language and ‘siru’ means small. Since these spinach grow to a certain height it is called ‘siru keerai’ in Tamil. As we all know spinach is one of the healthiest vegetable. It is packed with vitamins, protein, iron and minerals.Particularly for it is good to have spinach in every meal to achieve daily intake of protein. Furthermore, it has very low carbohydrate.The main disadvantage of spinach is many of us don’t like to eat spinach because of its blunt taste.But, believe me spinach could taste good if it is cooked in a right away! So, Please try this recipe. This is healthy yet tasty. You can also do this dish using oil. I hope you enjoy this video!
