Honey Roasted Pork Tenderloin ~ Quick and Easy Roast Recipe ~ Easter Recipe  ~ Noreen's Kitchen
Here is another quick and easy roast idea that is perfect for spring celebration or Easter holiday table! Honey roasted pork tenderloin is quick to make and really delicious! This only takes a few ingredients and it roasts for just about 30 minutes. You can prep several of these on one large sheet pan and have enough to serve on a buffet in no time! The sweet and tangy glaze is delicious and there is plenty left for draping over the meat when serving! This one is going to go in your “keeper” file! I promise!

Pork tenderloin is one of my all time favorites. It is affordable and I often get them for less than a package in my area. They are versatile and they are fast. They can be left whole and roasted with a glaze like I am doing here or they can be slice and pounded into paillards or cutlets and breaded and baked or fried for a delicious spin on schnitzel.

The glaze contains a few simple ingredients. Honey, garlic and orange juice. In the end I also added a splash of Balsamic vinegar for balance. You can use apple juice or pineapple juice or you can omit the juice altogether if you prefer a thicker glaze. I have also used a simple spice rub made with onion powder, garlic powder, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. You can use whatever your favorite spice blend for pork happens to be.

The tenderloins were rubbed with the dry spices then brushed with the glaze. I roasted them for about 15 minutes then brushed them with the remaining glaze and continued to roast for an additional 15 minutes. When a meat thermometer read 165 degrees I removed them from the oven and allowed them to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

There was just a little of the glaze left in the bottom of the pan so I put it in a bowl and used it as a sauce for the meat. It was simply delicious. I paired this with my roasted vegetable pasta salad that I made in another video for a complete meal.

  1. Unless it's freshly barbequed char siu from a good Chinese deli, pork loin and tenderloin roasts are too dry for me. They always need a separately made gravy.
