GOOEY PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP BLONDIE RECIPE | Healthy, Vegan, Gluten-Free, High-Protein
This is one of my FAVE, go-to recipes lately! It’s gluten-free, vegan (dairy-free), grain-free, soy-free, high protein, high fiber… but tastes AMAZING! I hope you love it as much as I do 💕

RECIPE:
1. preheat oven to 350* F
2, combine the following ingredients in a food processor:
– 15 oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed well
– 1/2 cup creamy, no-stir peanut butter
– 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1/2 cup granulated sweetener (I like 1/4c monk fruit/erythritol + 1/4 cup coconut sugar)
3. process ingredients together until totally smooth, adding a splash of non-dairy milk if needed
4. fold in chocolate chips
5. using a spatula, spread evenly into a greased baking dish
6. bake for 15-20 mins, until top is no longer wet/shiny looking
7. let cool at least 15 mins before slicing
