Today I made some super nice savory muffins. This recipe is good for 5 muffins, but ofcourse you can dubble the amount if you’d like!
2 Tablespoons Greek Yoghurt
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Schär Brotmix B
1/2 teaspoon Bakingpowder
1/4 teaspoon Bakingsoda
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Italian Herbs
1/4 Cup smoked Chicken Strips
1/4 Cup grated Cheese + extra for topping
Bake in oven at 200C/400F for about 20-25min
*please always check time and degrees, because your oven can vary.
