    BBQ Baby Back Ribs Feast

    1 Rack Baby Back Ribs
    2 tsp cumin
    2 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp pepper
    2 tsp garlic powder
    2 tsp salt
    2 tsp paprika
    1 cup bbq sauce
    6 corn cobs
    bunch of asparagus
    drizzling of olive oil

    1. Cover a pan in foil.
    2. Lay out Baby Back Ribs in Pan, and season both sides
    Cumin, chili powder, pepper garlic powder, salt, paprika
    3. Wrap baby back ribs in the foil
    4. Bake at 275 F for 2 hours.
    5. Unwrap, and smother baby back ribs with bbq sauce.
    6. Lay out corn cobs and aspergus drizzel on pan with baby back ribs,
    drizzel olive oil on the veggies, optionally salt and pepper to taste.
    7. Bake 500 F for 10 min.
    8. Cut Ribs, and serve with veggies as sides.

    Stuffed Chicken Parm Sandwiches

    1/2 cup Bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp Salt (x2)
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp dried oregano
    1/2 tsp dried basil
    1/2 tsp dried parsley
    2 cloves garlic
    1/4 cup Parmesan (x2)
    1 lb ground chicken
    Mozzarella coins
    Bread buns

    1. In a bowl put bread crumbs, salt, and Parmesan, then stir, set aside.
    2. In another bowl put
    ground chicken, salt, pepper, dried oregano, dried basil, dried parsley, garlic, and Parmesan
    Then mix.
    3. Form ground chicken into patties,
    place Mozzarella coins into patties,
    fold meat over coin completely encasing it.
    4. Bread chicken patties in breading bowl, and cook through.
    5. Serve chicken patties in buns, with marinara sauce.

    Colby Jack Taco Pasta

    1 lb ground beef
    15 oz diced tomatoes
    1 1/2 cup Corn
    15 oz tomato sauce
    2 cups water
    1 packet taco seasoning
    2 cups pasta
    1 1/2 cups colby jack cheese

    1. brown beef crumbles, and drain
    2. add diced tomatoes, corn, tomato sauce, water, taco seasoning, optionally salt and pepper to taste, then stir!
    3. bring to a boil, then stir in pasta.
    4. let cook till pasta is done.
    5. stir in colby jack, and serve.

    8oz linguini
    1 onion jullien
    2 cloves garlic
    1 tsp rosemary
    1 tbsp thyme
    1 tsp smoked paprika
    1 lb shrimp
    1 cup white wine
    1 lemon juiced

    1. prepare linguini, put aside
    2. carmelize onion
    3. add to onions and stir
    garlic, rosemary, thyme, smoked paprika, optionally salt and pepper to taste
    4. clear center to place 1lb shrimp
    letting them cook through flipping once half through
    then stir them into the onions.
    5. Add 1 cup white wine, 1 lemon juiced, stir in
    6. toss linguini in with shrimp and onions, and serve with garnish and bread.
